Forensic Analytics Makes it Onto "Best Places to Work" List

Forensic Analytics is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted by The Sunday Times in their list of ‘Best Places to Work’ 2024.

Alongside other businesses in the medium organisation category such as Quooker and Hyundai Motor UK, we are privileged to showcase this status and delighted to be shortlisted in such prestigious company.

The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards recognise organisations which provide positive work environments, with a particular focus on communication, compassion, appreciation, wellbeing, and clear direction. The awards create their shortlists based on feedback from anonymous staff surveys. This is the first year in which Forensic Analytics have taken part in the programme.

With many wellbeing and life balance implementations within the business such as flexible working patterns, commitment to an extensive social responsibility programme, weekly yoga sessions as well as enhanced annual leave for volunteering days, birthdays and Christmas, staff feedback stated that they are proud to work for Forensic Analytics and feel that the business cares for their wellbeing. They also look forward to the annual staff and family barbeque each year, where everyone is brought together for a weekend of celebration.

Head of HR Rebecca Hannon, who spearheaded the entry to the awards as well as many of the wellbeing and social responsibility initiatives said:
